Deadlift night-first deadlift in prob 3 weeks...? hope my back is finally healed
Deadlift started back on my FORMER powerlifting coach's routine (since he turned his back on me [and others], it's the only thing he's worth now) found my work set, will move up 20Lb a week...flowerbed weight for a while
SLD 3x5-flowerbed weight
BB Rows 205-3x10
Seated Rows 140-8x 160-8x 180-8x 200-7x!!!! PR!!! someone as tiny as me should not be able to do this much (correctly)

I am behind again, finally back to deadlifting, went well last week,...trained down South (Nashville, IL) with some arm wrestlers to get in some good table time... worked on my weaknesses and tried to learn from my mistakes I am getting stronger every workout...overhead press yesterday was so so...squats today, 7 sets of 2 in front squat and 10 sets of 2 in back squat...

Close Grip BP warm up to 205x1 225-3x, 3x, 3x
after that everything sucked lol but oh well....did some pushups (regular and on fnger tips) and raises.
Tues June 25
Back Pressure training with Allen Fisher Power Band (thick) 3 sets of 30 sec, each arm
Wrist curls hangs 3 sets of 20-30sec holds
Top Roll wrist curls nope, cramps!
Hammer Grip Wrist curls 3 sets of 10-12/arm-hold/pause each rep
CoC grippers closed the CoC 1.5 (167.5Lbs) for 2 reps then 1 rep (tired and hungry, 12 hr day and no food since 5) very happy with this though, more awake and full I could get 2-3 reps each set CoC 1 (140Lbs)- 1x4, 2x3 100Lb gripper-5-7 reps per hand, easy.

July 6th, 2013 Paducah Meet
I won 1st place in novice left hand 165Lb class, took 4th novice right hand 165Lb class. went 1-2 in open 165Lb class, right and left...had multiple match where he fouled, I fouled then I won it...each match was 45+ sec long...Great day! Got some more wins, learn a lot, saw I am improving a lot, met a lot of cool people, and caught up with those I already had met. Won a 1st place plaque, $50 gift card from 4 river hd store and $100 bucks for my 1st place finish! great day, felt strong!

Did zercher squats and leg press Thursday aug 15, went ok, haven't done zerchers in about 2 yrs.

Close Grip Bench Press 135-185-warmup 205-3x 215-3x 225-3x! YES after I took about 2 weeks off of upper body due to pain and numbness, I am back to 225 for reps, in 2 weeks I know I've got 225+ for reps, 250-3x is the goal in the next month or 2!
DB Flat Bench 70s-10x 75s-10x 80s-10x...coming back strong
