Still at it
Decided to do the IL State meet in Nashville, IL Jan 19! Still focusing on my strongman meet as well as arm wrestling now a little more since I know when I am going to compete. Been doing A LOT of neutral grip pullups, the dead hangs with a wrist curl Travis Bagent talks about, db holds, db rows, db preacher curls holds (really carrying over I think), plate pinches, hammer curls, band work (rreally carrying over for the tendons) and JUST BOUGHT SOME STEEL ROUND STOCK TO BEND!! Not much table time, I e-mail someone really close to me and talked to Jared Cook, he always fills me in on when he is training. Looking forward to getting a meet under my belt and learning! Hopefully I get a win or 2 as well.

Had an ok back workout with some arm wrestling training and an ok press day...eh ya know. The other day I was sent home from work (producton low) so I went in twice and did light, all around upper body workout. Felt great.

Front squats 3x2-all reps paused at bottom, ass to ground
DB bench 80s-5x, 6x, 10x
Decline BP 200-5x, 5x, 5x
abs...went a little lighter on bp since I pressed and did some arm wrestling exercises yesterday...my elbows are tinglings!!!! haha. Also, my 20 pieces of 3/16" and 20 pieces of 1/4" steel (cut at 6"-7") came in the mail today!!!

Did deads and sld the other day, went alright, but my biceps and elbows were lit on fire....same with my squats day...bought some biofreeze and icing my elbows so I can hopefully do a few aw movements in a few days....if not I will just keep up the rest. Must've just shocked them
