If I say anyone that doesn't believe Jesus died on the cross for our sins doesn't have a place in God's kingdom that is stating the word, if I say you are going to hell beause you don't believe Jesus died on the cross for your sins that is judging in my opinion. There is a difference in sharing a belief and judging.
Brother there is no difference in those statements other than one seems a little more sugar coated than the other.
Bill, would you say "it is a sin" if anyone sleeps with someone's wife? i guess yes because that is how you are ordered to believe.that is not your judgement but judgement of GOD according to your belief.everytime we say right or wrong about something,it is a judgement.if this is based on the scripture that you believe in then it is not your judgement but the judgement that GOD (according to your belief) has already informed you.
I was speaking of being able to judge violations of civil law (murder, speeding, crimes) but leaving the sins of a mans soul to be judged by the Lord.
One of my best friends and bosses is a Muslim and I would never judge him. He is a good man who I have great respect for. We speak often about how similar the faith in God is and also about how people like to focus on the differences. World would be a much better place if they realized how close they are fundamentally.

This discussion about my judging Mr. Carlin is quite interesting. If you go back and read what I said is true of all people that will ever enter into the face of the earth, including Christians. That is that we will all give an account. Mr. Carlin in his lifetime, in my opinion, judged himself. We had no need judge him because it he made it very clear what he believed.
I can only quote what the Lord said in his Word that, "the fool said in his heart there is no God." There will come a time whether we believe it or not that we will stand face-to-face with the judge of all earth. I pray that God will reveal himself to you personally in such a way as to bring you to a saving knowledge before you leave this present life. Because there are no second chances, in spite of what you have heard. "It is appointed unto men once to die and after that the judgment."
Our depraved condition is so grave, but Jesus said if one were to rise out of hell and worn his loved ones not to come to this place they would not believe. Jesus did give hope and that he said, "Moses and the prophets." Luke chapter 16

Luke 12:6,7 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
